"FIBERWORKS" A guild for all fiber enthusiasts! A group of friends and acquaintances formed the Central, Ohio group "Fiberworks" in 2006. The goal was to provide an avenue for education, an outlet for creativity and a group for the sharing of ideas, skills and knowledge. The group is made up of breeders (of alpacas and other fiber animals), knitters, weavers, felters, crochet enthusiasts, and other fiber artists, together with those who want to learn one or more of these skills. New folks are always attending and friends of friends are always welcome. We are a very loosely structured group, with no set member list, schedule, dues or programming. We set events as the interest dictates and members attend what interests them when their schedule allows. We strive to offer a diverse agenda of educational opportunities in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere of camaraderie and friendship.
